INGREDIENTS

Beef (min 85%), Water, Premix (Acidity Regulators (262, 331), Maltodextrin, Mineral Salt (500), Salt, Antioxidant (316) ), Acidity Regulators (326)

Seasoning: Dehydrated Vegetables ( Onion and Garlic ), Herbs ( Oregano & Marjoram ), Black Pepper, Paprika.


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roast uncovered for 1-1.25 hours per kilo.

Rest in warm place and cover tightly with aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes before carving.
