INGREDIENTS

Lamb (min 90%), Water, Premix (Acidity Regulators (262, 331), Maltodextrin, Mineral Salt (500), Salt, Antioxidant (316) ), Acidity Regulator (326)


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Rub meat with olive oil, Sea Salt and fresh cracked pepper. Add Seasoning of your choice. Roast uncovered for approx 1.25-1.5 hours per kilo.

Rest in a warm place and cover tightly with an aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes before craving.
