INGREDIENTS

Lamb (min 86%), Water, Premix (acidity Regulators (262, 331), Maltodextrin, Mineral Salt (500), Salt, Antioxidant (316) , Acidity Regulators (326).

Seasoning: Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion and Garlic), Spices and herbs (Black Pepper, Oregano, Lemon Peel)


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roast uncovered for approx. 1.25-1.5 hours per kilo.

Rest in warm place and cover tightly with aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes before craving.
