VEAL ROAST WITH LEMON, THYME AND CRACKED PEPPER

INGREDIENTS

Veal (min 85%), Water, Premix (Acidity Regulators (262, 331), Maltodextrin, Mineral Salt (500), Salt, Antioxidant (316) ), Acidity Regulators (326).

Seasoning: Thyme, Lemon Peel, Black Pepper


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celius. Roast Uncovered for approx 1.25 hours per kilo.

Rest in warm place and cover tightly with aluminium foil for 10-15 minutes before carving.
